These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SeWalk AI, operated by Soumyadip Bhatt ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://sewalk-ai-0e0188.netlify.app.

By accessing or using SeWalk AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

What SeWalk AI Provides

SeWalk AI is an AI-powered multi-persona assistant platform that provides:

• AI chat with specialised personas including Gym Trainer, Librarian, Music Producer, JEE Tutor, and Companion
• Session memory and chat history for registered users
• Cognitive games and mental exercises via the Cognitive Hub
• Guest access with limited free messages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Your Account

You may use SeWalk AI as a guest (limited to 10 free messages) or create an account by signing in with Google. By creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during sign-in
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

What You May Not Do

You agree not to use SeWalk AI to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, abusive, threatening, or hateful content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users or any individuals
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws
• Impersonate any person, company, or entity
• Generate spam, misinformation, or fraudulent content

Understanding AI Responses

SeWalk AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• SeWalk AI is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
• The JEE Tutor mode provides general educational assistance — verify important information independently
• The Gym Trainer mode provides general fitness guidance — consult a professional before starting any fitness programme

Always use your own judgment when acting on information provided by SeWalk AI.

Ownership

SeWalk AI, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Soumyadip Bhatt. All rights are reserved.

You retain ownership of the content you input into SeWalk AI. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating AI responses.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from SeWalk AI without our express written permission.

No Warranties

SeWalk AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose
• Any defects or errors will be corrected

Your use of SeWalk AI is entirely at your own risk.

Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Soumyadip Bhatt and SeWalk AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed INR 0 (zero), as SeWalk AI is currently a free service.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SeWalk AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
